Corrections
If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it in the open.
Reporting an error
Email corrections@example.comwith the article link and what you believe is inaccurate. If you can point to the document that contradicts us, that speeds things up considerably.
Replace this address with a real, monitored inbox before launch. A corrections page nobody reads is worse than no corrections page.
How we handle them
- Factual errors are fixed in the article itself, with a dated note at the foot explaining what changed.
- Substantial errors that alter a story's conclusion get the note at the top, not the bottom.
- Articles are not silently deleted. If a piece cannot be salvaged, it stays up marked as retracted, with an explanation.
Why this page exists
Articles here are drafted by a language model constrained to primary source documents. That approach reduces the rate of invented facts. It does not make it zero, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.
Publishing at speed means being reachable when you get something wrong. The source list on every article is there so you can check our work without taking our word for it.
