How a story gets here
A feed reader watches news outlets and company channels for signs that something happened. That signal is treated as a tip, not as material. It tells us an event occurred; it does not tell us what to write.
From there the pipeline locates the underlying documents, the actual announcement or filing or changelog, and reads those. The article is written from those documents. If no primary document can be found, the story is dropped rather than assembled from other outlets' reporting.
Every article carries its full source list. Primary documents are marked in green, secondary attribution in orange. When another outlet surfaced the story first, they are credited and linked.
Use of AI
Articles on this site are drafted by a language model working from the source documents described above. This is disclosed on every page rather than buried, because you should be able to weigh it when deciding how much to trust what you read.
The model is constrained to the supplied documents and instructed not to assert anything it cannot trace to them. That constraint reduces errors. It does not eliminate them. Check the sources.
What this site does not do
- Rewrite or republish other publications' articles
- Publish stories that no primary document supports
- Invent quotes, figures, or attributions
- Accept payment for coverage
